LICENSE AGREEMENT

Grow Development hereby gives the purchaser of the software and/or the person or company who is being licensed to use the Software or Documentation (hereinafter, “Purchaser”) a non-exclusive license to use the software Store Locations Pro (hereinafter,  “Software”). This license agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is an agreement between the Purchaser and Grow Development. The Agreement applies to all products/software/scripts/services the Purchaser purchase from Grow Development.

To use the Software the Purchaser must pay a license fee.

the Purchaser may:  
- Use the Software on a single domain or Magento installation.
- Copy the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy contains all of the original Software's license notices.  

the Purchaser may not:  
- Permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed above
- Modify, translate, reverse engineer or use any part of the software in whole or part in any other product or website
- Create derivative works based on the Software  
- Copy the Software (except as specified above)  
- Rent, lease, sub-license, lend, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Software
- the Purchaser may not place the Software on a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet for distribution purposes
- Remove any license notices or labels on the Software


Grow Development reserves the right to change this license agreement at any time and impose its clauses at any time.


TERMINATION.  
The license will terminate automatically if the Purchaser fails to comply with the limitations described above. On termination, the Purchaser must destroy all copies of the Software.  
 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.  
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by the purchaser.  
Should the Software prove defective, the purchaser and not Grow Development assume the entire cost of any service and repair.

Grow Development is not liable for prosecution arising from use of the Software against the law or for any illegal use.

By purchasing or using Grow Development’s Software, Purchaser hereby irrevocably agrees that
GROW DEVELOPMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE to Purchaser or anyone claiming by, through or under Purchaser  FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.  

Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain with Grow Development. The Software is protected by international copyright treaties.
